Liran Mayouhas Owner Of New Dimension Furniture
I bought furniture from newdimensionhome.com in February, it is now June, it never shipped to me, and they won't answer my e-mails or calls

I purchased a console table from New Dimension Home (http://www.newdimensionhome.com/web) owned by Liran Mayouhas, on February 20 via Pay Pal for $159.00. On February 22, I received an e-mail from Liran Mayouhas of New Dimension Home telling me that my table was out of stock for 6-8 weeks and to let him know if I would like to wait or shall I cancel order. I immediately replied back saying that I would wait for it.

On March 6th, Liran e-mailed me back stating that he was notified by the vendor that the console table is on back order for about 6 week and he apologize for the inconvenience and to let him know if this is going to be a problem. I asked him if it was another 6 weeks from the previous e-mail and he replied back saying yes, so I said that I still wanted the table so I would wait, at the time I wasn't interested in getting a refund because I really wanted the table.

On April 22nd, 6 weeks later, I e-mailed Liran to get an update on my order, I received no reply. I called on April 25 and no one picked up. I left a detailed voice mail message and again, no reply. So I reported this to the Better Business Bureau (where he ironically has their info for their site on his home page). I received a reply back from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) saying that it may be 14 days before they receive a reply from New Dimensions Home Furniture and to contact the BBB immediately if I hear from New Dimension ; Liran Mayouhas first.

Although I've continued to reach out to New Dimension Home, I haven't received a reply. I e-mailed The BBB on May 25 to see if they have heard anything from www.newdimensionhome.com and the BBB replied back to me on May 28 saying that they have never received a company's response and sent me a link, login and complaint ID number where I can view the status of my complaint.

Unfortunately my complaint status hasn't changed, at least not for the better. I continue to call and e-mail New Dimension (Liran Mayouhas) to contact me for my refund, and still, no answer. I am so glad that I came across your link, I hope that you can help me and anyone who have considered ordering furniture online from Newdimensionhome.com. Please don't, it isn't worth the headache.
