Terrible experience

We bought two kinds of floor from Surfaces 4 U in Johnson City, Tennessee, one in March, plus one in April.

The march promotion was march 8 throu 3/8/09. Twelve months interest-free. Complete bal. Due $l837.10. The 2nd promotion on laminate we bought thru exactly the same organization was for 48 weeks starting on 4/2/08. I've repeatedly delivered funds about the first discount only to own them put on the 48-month promotion as opposed to the year promotion. I'm looking to get the initial promotion paid within the season but at this rate it'll not receive money because funds are constantly positioned on the 48-month promotion. I've called monthly to have the funds reallocated nevertheless when i express with my check and assertion i'd like this cost positioned on the year promotion it will go there and that i shouldn't need to call every month for this to occur.
