Fraudulent / Extorting Customers

Feder's was dispatched by our insurance company. The technician showed up, told us he needed to perform some test that was going to mean our A/C was going to be shut off for two weeks. We argued with them and spoke to some gentleman named Alex who claimed he was the owner. Alex tried to get us to pay them $200 under the table cash and he would make our A/C work but would not give us a receipt. When I got upset and asked them to turn our A/C back on he told me that I should stop being cheap and spend $6000 on a new unit if I really cared about getting A/C. He then told me some story about how he paid extra money to get his kids to the front of the line at Universal Studios and that in this world you had to pay extra to get real service. He then threatened me and said he was going to claim that he never came to our house (although we have a camera system that recorded the whole thing). The owner was extremely rude, insulting and was trying to extort money from his customers fraudulently. The owner also claimed that his company never came to our house for the first service they did YET they cashed our check and our insurance company has them on file as being dispatched.
