Rip off! Does not explain all charges and cancellation policy well!

I activated my free 7-day trial when I was looking for homes. It says that you have to cancel within 7 days, which I did. You do this by going to their website and putting in your phone number. It gives you a cancellation number. However, I was stupid and did not write this down. I thought the company would electronically cancel my membership, no big deal.

WRONG!!! I was charged $39.80 7 days later!!! The website was no help anyways and I did not even use it. When I tried to call the company to see if they would refund my money (I didn't use their services), they told me that the charges were not based on usage. Basically, they are going to get their money one way or another.

Bottom line: Don't waste your time, find a real estate agent!
