Posted charge during 10 day free trial period

I called to cancel membership and kept getting wrong number. I was told numbers are getting crossed by someone that could not speak english very good. I did enroll [stupid] for a cd that would only cost $3.95 shipping charges. I did this on Monday Feb. 9th. You are told on website you have 10 days to cancel membership before monthly charges occur.

After not getting through on phone I e-mailed the website on Feb. 19th to cancel. I thought this would cancel membership before charges occurred. I just recieved my credit card statement and besides the $3.95 charge which posted on Feb. 13th they put a transaction of $59.69 on Feb. 17th which posted on Feb. 19th. This is clearly within the 10 days free trial period. I did recieve an e-mail back confirming my cancellation. I am going to dispute the charge. Any help?
