Refused to correct plumbing problem plus other problems

We have had a plumbing problem since shortly after we moved into our new house. The company representative rarely responds [twice out of more than 15 calls]. They do not return phone calls and always seem to be out of the office when I call. When I took the problem to the Better Business Bureau, the company lied to them. This company also refused to correct the size of the pantry they built for us which is not up to the specs of what we paid for. Our deck has a badly warped upright support for the railing and the hand rail is severely split. I would advise anyone considering dealing with this company to think twice. I am sorry I dealt with them.
