Horrible Customer Service and Extremly Slow Accounting Department!

I attempted to purchase two comforter sets from this company. They did not list any information on the website at the time of my purchase that the items were not instock or special order. I waited 3 weeks and they never arrived i finally called and asked what's the deal that's when they informed me that the items were not in stock and would not be in to be shipped for two more weeks. At that time i cancelled my order and requested a refund.

The customer service rep emailed me back and informed me that it would take one to two billing cycles before my refund would be processed. Call me crazy but i think that is a rather long time considering it took them only one to two seconds to pull it from my credit card. It has now been 3 months and i am still getting the run around about my refund, every rep keeps saying that they are sending a message to "accounts payable" to inquire about the status of my refund. I asked where is this accounts payable department she informed "downstairs in our building". Now if i'm sane (which i am) you would think one could walk down a flight of stairs and see what is going on. These people are full of it, must you be a rocket scientist to reverse a transaction i mean come on 3 months is just too long to return it when it only took 3 seconds to charge it. I would not recommend anyone dealing with them i think they only have 3 customer service girls becasue each time i contact them i get the same three ladies. And if that is the case then i know the company is not that big, its a good thing i don't live in Sandusky, OH.
