WAY over-priced, very average service, misrepresented: 1. Responses to my concerns, and 2. As a cadillac service; couldnt communicate w non english spk cleaner, inexperienced, "Detail" not detailed. Charged for terminating.

Nothing illegal or immoral here. Dont think it was a matter of integrity, but of over representing and over pricing, and defensive non consumer based attitude.

Mike Savich responded to my detailed list of why i was terminating after 2 visits, with a Defend-the-Fort, and attack-the-enemy attitude—he attacked me personality and my negative letter and focused on defending why he wouldnt refund the $150 cancellation fee.

I consider spending the time to detail such should be a help to a business owner. I know i certainly would appreciate hearing reasons for losing a customer. I hope i would react non-defensivley so as to learn from it, and / or regain the customer, or at least moderate their negative attitude. I actually think in best case scenario they could've won me back or at least parted amiably. Attacking my personality, the letter, and ME as disingenous, has made me want to tell all i can to stay away.
