My wife and i bought a generator and paid $259.00 and some change and when we got it home it cranked so we assumed it put out voltage. Once we got to our vacation spot (200 something miles away) we cranked the generator and tried to use it to make coffee but it would not perk coffee. Then i tried my nibulizer and it wouldn't even run this. Now this is a 1200 watt output generator. Once we got back and my wife took the generator back, just because we didn't have a receipt, they said they would have to pay us back at sale prices. The generator was not on sale at the time. They refused to use our bank statement for proof of purchase. They gave my wife a gift card totaling $216.99. They don';t even have a place on their web site to contact to complain. I just think this is bad business.
