Arrogant and abusive "service"

I arrived at this place of business at 4:45 P.M. On Wednesday, May 21. The posted closing time was 5:00 P.M. I needed to get 4 pieces of lumber for an early job the next day. As I stood waiting at the Contractor counter, I was not even looked at, let alone offered any help. Finally, after about 5 minutes, a "Cutomer Service" person rudely explained that "we close at 5 O'clock. After explaining that I needed material from the yard, he proceeded to explain to me that "it dosen't make sense for people to arrive with only 15 minutes left until closing time. After rudely explaining this to me, he turned, said "bye" as he was walking away, and was gone. Needless to say, I will not return to this place of business unless and until they make some personell changes.
