Now that I've pre-paid my entire tile purchase and installation in advance, 6 weeks later my bathroom is ripped apart, they have made 5 botched attempts, haven't ordered the right tile, and the installation is wrong so there are big gaps in the tile and tub enclosure. And, I cannot get a call back from anyone to address this situation.
