This guy is literally the worst builder in Wisconsin!!!
Since purchased a home in July we have experienced several problems within and around the structure (Tile, Sub flooring, Stairs, Railing), cosmetics problems (Trim, Doors), many code violations including (Porch, Railings, Lighting, Electrical) in which overall have compromised the structural integrity of the house.
We have fully document each problem (Pictures, Written statements) with individual and itemized actions that have taken place and have witness as well as written statements from contractors willing and able to testify in this on our behalf.
Since it is obviously he knew full well of these items prior to selling the house to me. You are also further obligated to compensate us since none as none these items were disclosed to us prior to closing.
