Sold defective concreate bench

We purchesd a concrete/mosaic tiled bench from this store last year, we found this sprin that all of the tile had falen off, when we first aproched the store the manager said that this was sold by other retailers but its an exclusive product to this retailer as well as they said with out a recipt they could not do any thing after we went back from finding the recipt they basicly said we were stuck with it (there is no maufactures address or number on the box) we tried calling the customer number for the retailer and they said its up to the store manager to handle it seems to be that they dont want to deal with the junk they sell for a return or credit they say to bad! Well k mart sells JUNK!
