Hanna montana 3 karoke - hanna montana 3 karoke cd

My 7 year old daughter bought 3 karoke cds with her birthday money, 2 hanna montana cds and tylar swift, two cd worked great the hanna montana 3 is defective, it does not bring up the grafics on the screan of her karoke machine, we tryed to return it,
they told us that once its open you can not get a refund, you have to trade it for the same one. But the stores dont have them any more, so i asked them if the would get it again they said theres no garanty they will, and if we dont your stuck with it, how can you sell a product and not back it, if its defective
, we would like the store to refund the money for this cd, if not i guess a big retailer will screw a 7 year old out of her money
