Karl A. Keene, Julie Williams, SCAM ARTISTS, ripped us off and left us with a cement hole

Yet another victim of Karl Keene and his "Presidential Pools and Spas" scam that left us $45,000 lighter, and by the time we paid another pool building to pick up the pieces of our Karl Keene disaster, it cost us over $100,000 for a pool that should have cost half of that.

Karl Keene and his salesgirl Julie Williams showed us beautiful pool pictures and even took us to pool building sites. But if you know much about pool builders (and boy, do we ever know something now!) they don't work every day, and once you give them a payment, they're gone for days to weeks.

Anyway, it turned out that the pools we saw WEREN'T EVEN BEING BUILT by Karl Keene's "company". The "company" is really just a mail drop business, here in San Antonio, and Karl Keene doesn't OWN A BUILDING, AN OFFICE, OR EVEN A TOOL.

He told us he had "several crews" of employees, when in fact he has ONE (if everybody can sober up long enough) and THEY DISAPPEAR the minute you give them the next check (as required by standard pool builder contracts)

He told us he owns ALL HIS OWN EQUIPMENT, but in fact, HE OWNS NOTHING.

"NOTHING" means that there's nothing to sue this criminal for, in court! No attorney will take the case without a hefty retainer, and no promises for ANY RECOVERY, because the whole PRESIDENTIAL POOLS AND SPAS "company" is nothing BUT ONE BIG SCAM.

The stories I've heard about this outfit are unbelievable, since I've been talking to builders, subs, suppliers, and trying to get our project FINALLY FINISHED.

Under no circumstance, believe anything that karl a keene tells you.

You can tell when he's lying. His mouth is open.
