Charged me 38.00 for 2 wash machine filters and sent some sort of small plastic crank handle

I ordered 2 "filtrol 160" filters which are for filtering out small fibers from clothing to protect septic drain fields.

They charged 25 bucks for the product and 13 bucks for shipping.

A few days later I got an envelope with some sort of small plastic crank handle... No clue what it is supposed to be for.

I'm not holding my breath on the filters.

I found several web sites on this rip-off company.
Too bad they're still there...
