Starsmoker.com was charged on my debit card before a chance for a free 7 day trial, charged $89.95 and for what? Can not contact the company

I orderd this product in response to an Ad seen on the web site. It was suppose to be free with a shipping charge of $9.95. I ordered the product on 12/21/09 and didn't receive product until 12/29/09 and was charged $89.95 on 1/02/09. This was suppose to be a free trial period of 7 days and then an option to ship back if not wanted. I didn't expect the expensive charges to be charged aganist my debit card account until after I had tried the product for at least 7 days and then maybe it would have helped to know what the price of the product charged would be. I am not even for sure what the charge is for. The ad stated you would receive filters but not sure if this is a charge for the product or the filters. I have not received any filters and have been unable to contact the company to enable me to return the product. The web site they said use to return the merchandise is not available on my computer and the phone number on the shipping container refers you to the web site
