Albert Lee Appliance Company sold me a oven that never worked "The oven over heats to the point it melts child safety equipment" after repeated requests to have it fixed and bieng pushed off on the manufacturer and basically told to handle it myself and "dealing with MAYTAG what a joke" wich you would think you wouldnt have to do on a brand new range but finally after 1 year im not kidding it was actually 13 months of messing with this company a repair guy came out and fixed nothing he made it worse now when i turn on the burners my house reeks of gas and the oven over heets. And when i informed them of the danger to my one year old child after putting up with all of this the Custumer Service Agent Said that i should probly keep my child away from the oven. I was insulted disapointed and enraged i never once asked them for a new range i asked them to fix it now i dont want this death trap in my house i have not used this thing one time since the it was supposed to have been repaird my familily is out a oven and $1300 i under no certain terms recomend anyone use Albert Lee Appliance Company for anything they dont care about anyone despite what there ad says they are full of greasy sales people and rude custumer service agents. They will just waste your time to the point that you say forget it like me and buy a new range from a reputable company.
