This co. Took my $5,000.00 deposit and tried to sell me a home with crumbling cement. They do not level the ground before pouring cement. Is this even legal?

Portrait homes sold me a home with brand new cement which was crumbling. I didnt understand until i saw another home which just had their patio poured. They pour the cement on top of hilly, muddy dirt. You are supposed to level (grade), the ground before pouring the cement. The foundation had many cracks in it and i hadnt moved in. I have photos, good photos which show how bad their cement looks. Some parts of a 4" thick patio are only 1" thick when you look from the side due to the uneven mounds of mud the cement is being poured on. I didnt show up at my closing and i want my deposit refunded from this company.
