Took mine and neighbors money over $1,700 for a fence and siding and never returned

Pretended to be our friend for months. Watched our kids on play dates and then said he would install my fence and my friends siding. He took my money _ and my friends - over $1,700 and made excuses for months and then I took him to court and I won - but he hasn't worked in years and I can't get my money back from a paycheck. His girlfriend supports him. He has 2 kids with her. Our kids are in school together. I am soo angry, Bike riding theif - get a job and do whats right.
