It sounded like a good deal at the time. But then, after the fact I remembered the old saying. If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. And also there is a sucker born every minute (that would be me). I thought it would be a good idea one day to see what other products were available to keep my septic system healthy and thanks to the internet, that made all of what I am about to tell you possible.

I had been purchasing store brand septic maintenance products for years without any difficulty and then I discovered FBK. They told me that I would get a free sample and then would have 30 days to see whether I liked it, the free sample happened to be a pail with a 5 year supply along with a bill of $181.95. The 30 days began when I requested the sample and then the 3 weeks it took to recieve it seemed to subtract from it a little more. There was about only a week after recieving the product that the bill arrived. To make a very long story as short as possible I will spare you all of the details of the multiple maddening phone calls made to try to return the product, the ludicrous comments about how wonderful the product was and how I should dig up my septic tank to look inside at how clean it had become. Why would I want to do that and exactly what in the world is it really supposed to look like inside anyway? It was so very frustrating that it was easier to just pay them the money to make them shut up. But they didn't, they just kept calling.

Month after month they would call and month after month I told them to take me off of there listing and month after month I would get the same run around. I was told that the "sales" associate or "fecal" criminal could not take my name off and I would have to call back and speak to a supervisor. Good luck with that. Anyway, one day I actually did speak to someone claiming to be just such a person and he would gladly remove my name from their list. That was a couple of years ago. This past week they called again and I told them that I had requested them to stop calling me on multipl. The phone call abruptly ended. They are relentless. They will terrorize your household.

So here I sit with a tub full of green bags of mystery powder and I am out $181.95. The only advice I can offer is this. Stay away from FBK, very far away. Do not call them or buy from them. Listen to what is written by all in these postings, as all that is written has happened to me as well.
