Taking money out of account!

We requested vontage telephone support, was not ready to connect. Delivered container back never opened it-up. Was never informed about dsl unavailable in region. Obviously they've been billing my consideration for nearly six months, named to remove and was charged again after I had been informed they'd quit the payment. It has been among the toughest encounter I've ever endured having a power organization, i work with among the greatest power businesses on the planet and we-don't handle our clients in this way
