Kenmore Dishwasher Repairs Cancelled Twice and Still Not Cleaning

I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher 2 years ago and it does not work properly. I cannot even get anyone to come out and fix this piece of junk. I scheduled repairs 2 times and both times they cancelled at the last minute. They now rescheduled me for 2 weeks later (that's if they don't cancel again) their repair people don't even know what they're doing.

This if they ever do show will be the 4th time (in 2 years!) he last tech that came said I was using too much soap, wrong! My dishwasher still is not cleaning properly!!! I don't know why I wasted my money on a warranty or his piece of junk. Save your money don't buy any appliances from Sears (especially Kenmore) don't bother buying a warranty either because it's a waste of your money.
