154463 multiply threatening phone calls from a drunk man

1. We have been receiving muliple threatening phone calls from this "business owner"

2. His license is in suspension in the State of Oregon, for not carrying insurance.

3. We have no idea who he is. He started calling our home, and leaving threatening phone calls yesterday. We let the first on slide, figuring it was a wrong number dialed on his part.

4. Then he left another threat call last night, and followed by 3 more today...

5. Today the Mrs. Picked up the phone, and when he started to "go off on her" she told him that no one has every called him from this number, and to quit calling us, she added that if he didn't stop, we would call the police, and hung up.

6. Then he really went off, leaving up to 13 repeated phone calls. So, we called the police, and they called his number... The calls stopped.

7. We decided to do a little investigation of our own, and it turns out that he is—WAS— a licesned contractor in Gresham Oregon. He is now suspended for lack of insurance.

8. But here is the best part, he IS UN-INSURABLE because he was drunk on the job, and has a string of DUI's in Oregon and Washington States. So, he is uninsurable. And unlicensable in Gresham any way.

9. We don't know how he got our home number. This number isn't out there in public land or used on anything.

10. He is obvisiouly a very sick man, who needs to be in the State of Oregon's Mental Health Hospital for the criminally insane.
