Mancha does not do quality work

Mancha Hardscapes was nothing but trouble from the moment the job began. The contractor lied and stated he would use sub-contractors for certain parts of the bid where in actuality he used his crew which is not capable of doing all things. They attempted to reframe the screen porch that was replaced inorder to lay pavers. This portion of the job was horrific.

For the landscaping over a quarter of the plants were the wrong variety or size and had to be replaced. Landscaping cloth was put down the wrong way and had to be removed. Sprinkler heads do not work, stick out of the ground. The yard no longer drains properly. Twenty five percent of the pavers were put down just before it rained and the glue type grout looks horrible. Since the job has been over over $2000 has been spent to try to fix what this contractor could not do and would not fix.

If you use them don't say you have not been warned.
