Company ships partial order, jerks you around for a refund

I purchased several cabinets and toe kick from this company. Did not receive the toe kick, but was charged for it. Now they contend their shipper said the order was complete. The shipper was a third party and only had part of the order. I've been dealing with them for two weeks and gotten nowhere.

They also do not answer their telephones and their fax numbers are difficult to reach.

They are slow in their customer service responses and say that I signed off on everything, which I did not.

Avoid this company.
