No Customer Service, Sell it and forget it policy, False advertising on web-site

We purchased an expensive steam shower on this site. They advertise "door to door" free shipping. When our shower was scheduled to arrive, the shipping company contacted us and said that they only leave the package at the curb, not inside or down driveways etc. I called "Dave" at Steamshowers4less and it was like pulling teeth but it was finally delivered into our garage. It was then that I figured that this was a company of "1". He was the only guy you could ever speak with.

There was no warranty, or installation manual. We called again and he said he'd email one. It was useless. Our plumber just laughed when he read it. It is translated English from who knows what, and does not make any sense, even to a professional. When the plumber began to unpackage the crate, one of the glass panels was packed by itself in a cardboard box with no packing materials protecting it, and of course it was shattered. We called "Dave" right away, he was very non-committal, said he'd send an email to the company. That was back in the beginning of December. We have sent 12 emails and have have numerous phone conversations. His last response was "do what you have to do, I'm not working on this anymore".

Since this is a steamshower, it is not usable without the glass, because the steam won't stay in. We also did not receive the wireless ipod hook-up which comes with this unit.

When our plumber called the "tech support" number and said there was aproblem with the drain, the guy (probably Dave) said "I dummo, it should be draining). Nice help. On the web-site it goes on and on about how easy to exchange any parts that do not work properly... What a LIE! This company is a sham. Do not waste your hard earned money!!
