Endangers animals/fraudulently bills for work not performed and materials not received

In November, Professional Restoration gave the code to a subcontractor to enter my condo without my knowledge or permission. Consequently, one of my cats got out during this illegal entry, since I did not know anyone was going to enter, was not home, and did not lock my cats in a different room. Do not use this company if you value your security or your animals.

I never met this subcontractor that went into my condo, and felt violated when I found out. I terminated the Company, and they did not finish my condo. They turned around and fraudulently billed my insurance company for the work that they did not finish and for the materials they never delivered. My insurance company had settled with me before the termination because it was taking so long to get my condo finished (4 months). So, fortunately, my insurance company did not pay them.

Then, at least 6 weeks after they were terminated, and about a month after my insurance company denied them payment, they billed me for the work that was never performed and for the materials never received!

They continue to harass me, and I have filed complaints with the Attorney General, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau, as I have no intention of paying for work that was not done and for materials not received.

In addition, I believe they had a duty of care to my home and my animals, and they violated that duty. I have also asked my homeowner's association never to use this company on any future work in our association.
