Did not apply my mortgage payment to account and added 245.12 for condo insurance i pay thru assocation fees. Ripoff

I am being charged additional 245.12 for condo insurance that I already have thru my assocation fees. A.S.C. Brought my mortgage in October. My payments have been 1321.51 a month.

In March A.S.C. Added the additional insurance to my loan and, they did not apply my March payment. I have had my insurance fax the certificate of coverage that has always been on the property.
