Manager is rude!

Our Manager, Alisha Crittenden, is personally the rudest person I've ever met. She informed us our dog wasn't allowed in the apartment because he is over the weight limit. We took our dog to kentucky when we went home for christmas and left him with my father. When we returned she accused of us still having the dog, lied about the maintenance man seeing me with the dog, called my husband's commander. (He's military). When my husband's sergeant came to look through our apartment he verified that the dog was not in fact with us. She was very rude to military officers. She harassed us, leaving rude voicemails. Our laundry was stolen and all we were told was they aren't responsible.
