We bought a fridge at RC Willey - delivered damaged, had to miss two days of work for delivery & 2nd delivery. Bought 2 mattress sets & a bedset. Headboard was damaged - missed 2 days of work again for 1st & 2nd delivery. Plus the footboard was loose. When good headboard was delivered, the delivery person said the footboard must be damaged inside. So there comes another day of missed work. Sales person doesn't return calls, they nickel & dime you to death - spent over $5,000 in the store over the past month & the manager is worrying about a $60 delivery fee? Unbelievable! Sales people aren't even allowed to give out their business cards while helping a customer, even if the customer asks for it - not until a sale has been made or you're leaving the store. How ridiculous is that? The salespeople have no power to do anything - no thinking outside the box, no incentives to the customer, poor, poor, poor customer service all the way around. The only people who were good were the delivery guys - they were couteous, professional, caring, careful & knowledgable. RC Willey may be the only big furniture store in Utah, but that does not mean they will EVER get my service again. And I will recommend to everyone I know that they NEVER use them. HORRIBLE management & HORRIBLE policies. Do Not sue them!
