Buyer beware!

I bought a Vacation House in September within the Shaw Creek Ranch inclusion. Not just have I experienced difficulty with holiday-making warranty repairs, Uneven surfaces, breaks in packet and base issues. Additionally Vacation qualified anybody who used and I've unearthed that I am surrounded from the legal component, drug sellers and violent offenders. The area is quickly heading down slope and it is a little more than 2 yrs old. Buyer Beware...
