Dishonest Ads Deceptive Business Practices Rude Reps

This is a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding this company. I will update with additional information as I get it!

I received an advertisement for flooring with a $150 discount coupon off of any purchase with an exp. Date of 2/28. I called and was transferred to the flooring company, and spoke with a man named Clint.

He said that he would not offer the advertisement that I had, and was extremely rude to me. At one point my fiance got on the phone to complain, and he said to her "if you are too cheap to spend an extra $150, than my price would be too expensive for you"!

This is dishonest business, and we would like them to honor the advertisements that they have!

Resolution Sought: I would like for them to fire the man Clint I spoke with and have reputable people answering their phones!

Also, if they are not honoring their ads, have them removed!
