Deceptive thief

When I thought I had found an apartment for my mother, Yolanda (the apartment manager) had no problem explaining that the application fee was non refundable but when I gave her a money order for $100 to hold the apartment, she played all kinds of mind games. One minute claiming that if she gave me a refund, it wouldn't guarantee the apartment and then claiming that she couldn't give me a refund when my mother was unable to take the apartment. When my mother phoned Yolanda several months later, the lying bitch then claimed the $100 could go toward putting her on a waiting list. Yolanda is a no good, lying thief that's just out for money!!!
