Consumers Beware! Lies! Lies!

Contract Mirage Pools Feb 23 to construct inground pool and was told it will be complete within 16 weeks. Took 6 weeks to get them started after I threatened to pull my contract. Chris Vitale (person in charge) called and promised to expedite and get the pool completed as soon as possible. What a joke! This guy should be wearing a dress as he never responded to my calls after and still waiting. Anyways, after the hole was dug took about 6 weeks to get the pool framed and poured then another 10 weeks to get plumbing and electrical... Everything seems to take 3-4 weeks before anything new gets started meanwhile salesman Bob Farkas (another joker) keeps saying everything is on schedule and pool will be completed by Labor Day weekend which has came and long gone. Kathy in the office is just a wind pipe. Do not believe a word she says. As of this posting I am waiting on plaster for the past 4 weeks and have no idea when it will be completed. This is a company when everyone is on the same page to lie and mislead customers. They have it down packed! I am open to any type of legal action as companies like this one should not exist. They are playing around with people's homes and a large sum of money... Not a couple of bucks where you can say F*K O*F and move on.
