Horrible workmanship, deck sinking

I had a pool built by Mirage Pools in 2005. The concrete deck has been sinking for over 3 years now and I have no choice but to have it ripped out and repaired. This is costing thousands of dollars. Does anyone out there know of a class action suit against Mirage Pools???
