Non delivery as promised deceptive company Buffalo

I ordered product from this company and was given a swhipping date of 3-4 weeks. After 3 weeks I called to get an aproz. Date. I was told to call back in a week. The next week when I called I was given a bunch of canned excuses and a very rude person in customer service.

They told me to call back in 3 weeks and see if they knew any more about shipping date. They would not commit to an aproz. Date or tell me anything I could work with. There excuses were (we are dealing with wood, like that is a scare commodity. We don't have control of trucking company.

We have to clean our machines to run a different product. I was supposed to get a call from the owner, it never happened. He is the only one who knows what is going on. I see today that the NY attorney Generals office has been dealing with them. This seems like a normal way of bussiness for this company.

I hope I can cancell my order and get a refund on my money as I cannot wait indefinetly for product. I have a customer and other contractors to schdule on this project.

I will update you as nessecary on what happens here. As of today I'm not very confident in a good outcome.
