FSBOSupport will steal your money! Lake Elsinore

I bought a $269 mls package from fsbosupport.com, but I had to cancel it the very next day in an email. They responded to my email saying that the $269 charge would be refunded, but I would be charged a cancellation of $35, which I accepted (their website lists the cancellation fee as $50.)
However, they never removed the $269 charge, and now they aren't responding to my complaints.
So, basically, fsbosupport.com took my money and did nothing for me in return.
I would NOT trust this company.
