I placed the an order for this Vacuum cleaner on Oct 8 on Oct 21 my bank account was charged. A few days later I placed another order for replacement filters. I was told originally it would be 6-8 weeks for order delivery..

I waited the required time for delivery and began trying to contact someone to find out what was going on with my product. I wa actually able to speak with a live person on a few occasions. However t took me waiting on hold for several hours to talk to someone. Then if I was lucky that person would talk to me instead of disconnecting the call which happened a few times.
Finaly after waiting five months I decided to cancel the order. Now they are telling me it will take one month for the refund request will be canceled. After speaking with multiple people I finally was able to get a hold of a "supervisor" who insured me that both of my orders where cancelled and that a credit to my account will be processed on April 15 and should show in my account by April 19.

This company will lie to you, hang up on you and not respond to any e-mails or requests to speak with a supervisor. Basicaly the company is taking your money and waiting for you to give up on it and write it off as a loss instead of sending you a product or your money back. I am interested in filing charges against this company if anyone has any idea of how to go about doing so please let me know.
