Ripoff, dishonest, very unprofessional, uncaring

Jose Gutierrez of New Braunfels TX installed a metal roof for us. We furnished the metal roofing. We were charged $3600.00 for just the installation!

PEOPLE and COMPANIES BEWARE! Do not hire him! He does not back up his work and he totally botched up our roof which destroyed our ceiling. A gaping ceiling hole developed from water leaking through the new roof which collected until it burst open. This is my quadriplegic son's bedroom. Our son is on oxygen and has respiratory problems with a trachea. We explained this critical situation to Mr. Gutierrez and he assured us he'd repair it, but he hasn't done anything to date. He never returns our phone calls and we've been calling EVERY day for 4 mos now.

DO NOT HIRE JOSE GUTIERREZ OF NEW BRAUNFELS TX - TO DO ANY ROOFING JOBS! He IS NOT a professional or honest business man. The repair that he is ignoring is critical to my son's health!

We are still waiting for Jose Gutierrez to do what's right, if not professionally, then at least because "IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO"!!!

GET OFF YOUR DUFF Mr. Gutierrez - would you want to be treated in this manner after you paid someone your hard earned money for a job done? Would you put YOUR son's life in jeopardy? I don't think so!!
