Got total pay did not finish job, walked off job with cursing and intimidation of disabled woman

A contract was signed on app. 8/21 to build a basement apartment estimated completion 30 days. After the 30 days there was very little if any work completed on the apartment only the sealing of the basement walls were done.

During the period of approximately 30-60 days they completed around maybe half the job. This could have been done in half the time but they would only show up 3-4 days a week and then usually would only work for 4-6 hours.

I could have evn delt with that but approximately 60 days in they layed the floor which was ceramic tile on concrete and it looks like a child done the work it is crooked spaces uneven and worst of all unlevel from one tile to the next with corners sticking up the could easily be tripped on (remember this is being done for a woman that can barely walk)

At this point they quit answering the phone would not return messages and did not show up for two and a half weeks except for one time. When he did finally show up and was asked about the floor he cussed her like and dog and intimidated her like you would not believe (I have recorded evidence of this) told her never to call him " I'm warning you not to call me" and walked off the job. This has been over a week ago.
