SCAM—ordered grass, they were out, charged my credit card, will not issue a credit

Scam... I ordered Empire Zoysia on Aug 29, was called within 2 hours they could not provide it. My credit card was still charged and I requested refund on 09/04.

I still have not been issued a refund for a charge that should never of happened. I have called, emailed with no avail.
James "Flavio" will regret this... I am filng complaints with the BBB and anywhere else I can find.

Interestingly, BBB lists them in NY, not TX. My CC co. Will go after them too.
