Another grass4sale credit card rip off

I bought a wheel barrow from grass4sale on 4/25. It arrived without the handles for the wheel barrow. Over 6 months and several phone calls later they said they would credit my account. They sent me a confirmation number but they never credited my account.
Grass4sale thinks their responsibility stops when they give you a confirmation number. They are ripping people off; giving people a confirmation number, never crediting a cent and then washing their hands of the whole issue because they have confirmation number that says they paid.

There responsibility does not end until I have my money back or at least a complete wheel barrow.
