Dennis, Cincy Reg. Mgr., Florence Mgramerican Freight Furniture DOUBLE sold paid in full bed set, multiple promised delivery dates by 2 different mgrs!

My mom ordered me the full sorrento bedroom group for $1200 bucks. It was promised to be in on that coming monday, as we had paid for the whole thing. Well, my fiancee and I stopped in to pick up the group when dennis let me know I shouldve called first. It wasn't in. "He had a truck coming on thursday" check back. Ok, thursday came, they had 4 sets on their truck, so we could get it. We came up, lo and behold, they sold all of them (except for a footboard and mirror which I could take if I wished). Well HELL no. So after 3 more promised dates, I started to get agitated. I called the cincinnati regional mgr, where he assured me it would be taken care of.

Well, my dad came with us and we got to pick up the footboard, rails, and dresser/mirror. But the nightstand, headboard and chest were delivered 'damaged'. (And thank goodness my dad was smart enough to check the boxes out before we took it, (dennis) had tried to push off a different set) because he didn't have all the pieces. They had to take the pieces and give me the ones I ordered. He kept telling me, you really need to take this lighter set, who cares? I told him, listen to me F* I didn't order that one I PAID for the cherry set.

My mother and I have called and yelled and called channel 12's trouble shooter, Howard Ain, the BBB and a few others. I have called the 'regional mgr' over and over to no avail. I have called their customer service and asked for the president's Voicemail. Nope. Won't put me thru. It is now october and 3 months later and I am still missing 2 pcs to my bedroom, which are STILL "on the truck".
