Sold me something they didnt have

About 3 months ago i came into aarons in riverdale and ordered a new bedroom suite. Paid my first payment in advance and left. I called them every week for 2 weeks and they said it did not come in (they told me it would be in in 1 week). So after 2 weeks they finally said that they had most of the pieces in but still missing the footboard, rails and 1 night stand. So i agreed that i would settle for the used footboard and rails until mine came in... When delivered the headboard they told me was new, was in fact used. So i said whatever and accepted the used under the understanding that i would pay for used not new... I don't have my contract in front of me but i believe we signed a contract in feb. And now it is may and i still dont have my new headboard, footboard, rails nor do i have the nightstand... So today (5.19.09) i go to pay this payment for the used funiture that i have to settle on because they have no answers as to why my new stuff has not come in...

I speak with jose and he tells me that they have discontinued my bedroom suite... When just last month the aarons sales paper featured my bedroom suite as the monthy special... So i ask him" what am i suppose to do? Keep a incomplete bedroom suite?" (by the way, very nice people, they have never been rude to me ever, but they are not trying to find a solution to a problem they created by taking my money and never checking availabilty of the bedroom suite they sold me) so anyways, jose shows me another bedroom suite that is 50.00 more a month, and 6 months longer than what i originally signed on for. So here i am with a incomplete bedroom suite that i have 3 months worth of payments on and cant afford 50 more and 6 months longer... If i return the bedroom suite, will they refund me the 3 months worth of payments that i will need to go somewhere else to get something to sleep on? I seriously doubt it... I have a serious problem and the people (again nice, but not very good problem solvers) are not trying to help resolve something they created...
