Better Watch Out! Do Some Research!

I had heard some conflicting information about this company, so I did a little research and am VERY glad that they will NOT be doing our pool and spa!

This company is listed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors as MYSTIC CUSTOM POOL AND SPA LLC, ROC197945, License Class: B-05, RESIDENTIAL
GENERAL SWIMMING POOL CONTRACTOR.

There are currently two outstanding complaints against this contractor, and two complaints closed against this contractor. I called and asked to get the information about these complaints.

What I was able to obtain was reason enough to STAY CLEAR of this company.

I would like to have anyone who is interested in this swimming pool company to be aware of the dangers of working with them.

Please look behind the smile and the friendly handshake. Like in the desert. There can be a snake under that bush!

Maybe I am naive about contractors, but this guy is a loo-loo from the reports and complaints on file and from what I heard from others in passing.

I would recommend you not become engaged in a business relationship with this company.
