Talon Hill Apartments
Very dishonest apartment complex extremely judgemental and biased!

One year ago I moved to Talon Hill Apartments since then troubles began. You wouldnt believe all the issues we and many others who live around us have had! Maintence is a joke they never come. The pool is disgusting it never gets cleaned and smells like urine. The apartments are all built poorly. The linoleum is peeled up, there is mold in the showers, the air conditoner drips in the apartment, windows are put in backwards and leak cold air, crown molding is falling apart. Also there are hole in cealing from electrical work, walls are super thin you can hear someone cough in the apartment next to you. You know what is sad though these apartment are a year to two years old.

They also charge 900 a month for a 1 bedroom! When I first came they said they dont give millitary discounts but I talked to others who got one. They are so dishonest it is unbelievable. They make up complaints and say other residents said them so they can charge you fines. Cmon isnt that a little silly? Last but definetly one of favorites is there are drug dealers living here and nothing goes on. There is constant drug traffic in and out of the apartments. You can smell the odor of the drugs through the vents, and yet someone got evicted cause their dog was off their leash.

I am a little suspicious cause I have seen the manager Nicole walk around a lot near where the drug traffic is I am not insinuating that she is doing drugs but I mean if you talk to her it sure seems like it. She is deep in a somekinda fog and very hard to talk to, and doesn't understand simple requests. I feel as if I have been apart of a twilight zone surrounded by doped up idiots. Do not move here there are plenty of other apartments!
