Q-See, Qsee, Digital Peripheral Solutions Changed Order without notification and Shipped Used Items

I ordered longer cables for a home security system and special connectors.

I was shipped 2 used beat up cables and the wrong connectors.

They said they were all out of NEW 100 foot cables for 2 weeks and also the warehouse decided that I did not know what I was ordering so changed my order and sent different connectors.

I selected the connectors from the pictures online so knew what I was ordering. I reconfirmed I ordered what I wanted because it printed on my receipt.

I called them and they said would ship out the connectors I ordered but new cables were out of stock.

Beware! Insure they have in stock or they will send used beat up stuff and make sure they know that what you order is what you want. Otherwise they will grab what they think you need in the warehouse and not even call you to insure it will work for your application. They will not go by the order form.

You may have to wait a few weeks if you want a new product vice a used one even though you paid for new in the box or be satisfied with the used product they send you.
