Com refuses to make good on wrong data cables. Arcadia California

I recently purchased a Creative Labs 16GB Zen mp3 player and ordered some accessories from accStation.com.By navigating down through the links on their website starting with mp3 player accessories, I clicked on the picture of the "Creative Labs Zen", which is exactly the model that I have. The page that I was brought too had a "data cable" that was listed as being for the "Creative Zen" mp3 player along with other models.

I ordered a few accessories including two of these data cables for a 4GB Zen and a 16GB Zen. I received the order and found out that neither data cable would work with either of my Zen's. Upon contacting acc. Station, they told me that the data cables would not work with the model Zen that I have. I responded back that their website lists the Creative Zen for the data cables that I ordered. They said no and that they would not take the wrong cables back or credit me for the wrong ones because they state that is was my fault for ordering the wrong ones.

I will never buy from them again and encourage others to be cautious if they do.
