Poor quality product!

I'd bought floor this past year, a couple of months after installation the ground was damaged. It got several telephone calls to kingdom plus one telephone call to fund organization after I eventually got anyone to emerge and substitute the damaged regions. Today the ground is buckling in the joints. Somebody did emerge and got images and stated another person might return with me. Following a few week i named customer support (answering device) and remaining messages. Around this day no body has delivered my calls. I'll never purchase from kingdom again. The ground does not endure like they claimed it will.
